航空两级式起动 / 发电机稳压发电控制系统建模与仿真

摘要: 为了提高传统航空三级式起动 / 发电机发电控制系统的功率密度,本文提出了一种新型航空两级式起动 / 发电机稳压发电控制系统。 阐述了系统的拓扑结构和工作原理,推导出了功率等级为 75 kVA 主电机与励磁机在 d、q 坐标系下的数学模型。 根据稳压发电控制策略,结合直流侧并联自复励励磁系统的思想,搭建了稳压发电控制系统电压-电流双闭环比例积分微分仿真模型。 进行了仿真分析,分析结果表明,两级式起动 / 发电机在负载突变时,自动切换为合适的励磁模式,实现轻载和重载工况下的稳压运行。

Abstract: In order to improve the power density of the traditional aviation three-stage starter / generator power generation control system,this paper proposes a new aviation two-stage starter / generator voltage-stabilized power generation control system. The topological structure and working principle of the system are expounded,and the mathematical model of main motor and exciter with 75 kVA power level in d、q coordinate system is deduced. The according to the control strategy of stabilized voltage generation, combined with the idea of direct current side parallel self-excited excitation system, the voltage-current double closed-loop proportional-integral-derivative simulation model of regulated power generation control
system is established. The simulation analysis was conducted,and the results indicated that the two-stage starter / generator can automatically switch to the appropriate excitation mode during sudden load changes,achieving stable voltage operation under both light and heavy load conditions.
