摘要: 功率模块包含了三电平拓扑中的主要核心部件,设计合理性直接影响系统的性能、可靠性和成本效益。本文以中点钳位型三电平拓扑为例,对其功率模块设计中的关键技术进行分析,提出了器件选型理论计算方法、结构布局的设计方案、低感换流回路设计方法以及损耗仿真计算方法。 有效提升了三电平功率模块设计的合格率及效率。

Abstract: The power module contains the main core components in the three-level topology,and the rationality of its design directly affects the performance, reliability and cost-effectiveness of the system. This paper takes the neutral point clamped type of three-level topology as an example to analyze the key technologies in its power module design. The theoretical calculation method for device selection, the design scheme for structural layout, the design method for lowsensitivity commutation circuits and the simulation calculation method for losses were proposed. It has effectively improved the qualification rate and efficiency of the three-level power module design.
