Torque Ripple Suppression Strategy for SRM Based on Three-Region Optimized TSF

摘要: 针对开关磁阻电机( switched reluctance motor, SRM) 转矩脉动过大的问题, 提出三区域转矩分配函数(torque sharing function,TSF) 优化控制方法,将换相转矩按电感特性划分并优化,充分利用前相转矩跟踪和后相励磁能力,实现更合理的转矩分配。 基于四相 8 / 6 SRM 仿真,结果表明在同负载下,该方法较传统立方型 TSF 在低速和高速工况下均能有效抑制转矩脉动,并且转矩脉动率减少 10%左右,提高了运行效率。

Abstract: To address the issue of excessive torque ripple in switched reluctance motor (SRM) ,an optimized threeinterval torque sharing function ( TSF) control strategy is proposed. The commutation torque is partitioned and optimized based on inductance characteristics, allowing full utilization of the outgoing phase ’ s torque tracking capability and the incoming phase’ s excitation ability,thereby achieving a more rational torque distribution. Simulation results based on a fourphase 8 / 6 SRM demonstrate that,under the same load conditions,the proposed method effectively suppresses torque ripple across both low-speed and high-speed operating regions compared to the conventional cubic TSF. It reduces the torque ripple
rate by approximately 10% and enhances operational efficiency.
