摘要: 对无轴承永磁同步电机提出一种基于随机森林回归和鲸鱼优化算法的优化方法,提升电机的转矩和悬浮性能。 通过选取合适的电机结构参数作为变量,设计对应仿真实验,使用随机森林回归方法得出回归多项式,再采用鲸鱼算法得出 pareto 最优解。 对优化点建立相应仿真并对比,结果显示仿真数据与算法拟合值误差小,且电机性能参数均得到有效提升。

Abstract: An optimization method based on random forest regression and whale optimization algorithm is proposed for a bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor, aiming to improve the motor′ s torque and levitation performance. By selecting appropriate motor structural parameters as variables, corresponding simulation experiments are designed, and random forest regression is used to derive a regression polynomial. Through the whale optimization algorithm is employed to obtain the pareto optimal solution. Corresponding simulations were established for the optimization points and compared. The results showed error between simulation data and the algorithm fitting values was small, and the performance parameters of the motor were all effectively improved.
