摘要: 水下推进电机受限于体积、电压、转速等因素的影响,导致电机的功率密度偏低。 介绍一种用 Maxwell、MotorCAD 相结合的永磁同步电机多目标实用设计方法。 用磁路解析计算选定初始设计方案,再用 Ansoft 软件进行设计,以 MotorCAD 软件校核,得到一种高功率密度的水下推进永磁同步电机最佳的电磁设计方案。 实验结果验证了实物与仿真结果高度一致,解决了水下航行体续航问题。

Abstract: The underwater propulsion motor suffers from low power density due to constraints such as size,voltage,and rotational speed. The introduces a practical multi-objective design method for permanent magnet synchronous motor that integrates Maxwell′s equations with MotorCAD software. The initial design scheme is determined through magnetic circuit analysis calculations,followed by design implementation using Ansoft software and verification through MotorCAD software, ultimately yielding an optimal electromagnetic design for high-power-density underwater propulsion permanent magnet synchronous motor. Experimental results demonstrate remarkable consistency between physical prototypes and simulation
outcomes,effectively resolving endurance challenges in underwater vehicles.
