摘要: 针对航空起动电机转轴结构寿命安全问题,以一台额定转速为 6 000 r / min 的起动电机为研究对象,基于 ANSYS Workbench 多物理场仿真平台研究轴端安装偏心及随机振动对转轴疲劳寿命的影响。 分析圆孔直径、圆孔位置、倒角半径对转轴剪切段寿命影响;并从结构、材料、工艺方面给出提高转轴剪切段寿命优化措施。 基于航空起动电机运行环境特殊性,结合线性疲劳累计理论分析研究随机振动载荷作用下的寿命。 通过搭建实验平台验证仿真分析结果的可靠性,联轴节与花键连接偏心时,转轴在 4 356 次负载起动时发生断轴,转轴剪切段寿命仿真断裂趋势与实验基本保持一致,为同类型产品转轴设计提供借鉴及参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the safety of the structural life of the rotor shaft of the aerospace starter motor, a starter motor with a rated speed of 6 000 r / min was taken as the object of study, and the effects of the eccentricity of the shaft end mounting and random vibration on the fatigue life of the rotor shaft were investigated based on the multi-physical field simulation platform of Ansys Workbench. The effects of hole diameter, hole position and chamfer radius on the life of the shear section of the rotor shaft were analysed, and optimization measures to improve the life of the shear section of the rotor shaft were given in terms of structure, material and process. Based on the special characteristics of the operating environment of the
aerospace starter motor, the life under random vibration load was analysed in combination with the linear fatigue accumulation theory. The reliability of the simulation results was verified by building a test platform. When the coupling and spline connection were eccentric, the rotor shaft breaks at 4 356 load starts, and the simulated fracture trend of the rotor shaft’ s shear section life was basically the same as that of the experiment, which was a reference for the design of rotor shafts of the same type of products.
