高精度绕线式旋转变压器性能分析

Performance Analysis of High-Precision Wound Rotor Resolver

摘要: 针对角位置精度不足这一问题,研究了高精度绕线式旋转变压器的位置解算、绕组分布和匝数相关理论;选择转子 16 槽、定子 12 槽和转子 16 槽、定子 24 槽绕线式旋转变压器进行有限元分析,比较了气隙磁通密度波形及其总谐波畸变率;通过有限元计算得到信号绕组电势和位置角,从峰-峰位置误差、最大位置误差和平均位置误差 3 个标准,研究了 2 种绕线式旋转变压器的位置精度。 2 种旋转变压器的计算转子角位置精度都较高,且转子 16槽、定子 12 槽比转子 16 槽、定子 24 槽绕线式旋转变压器得到的转子角位置精度更高。 研究的高精度旋转变压器,可以实现励磁绕组和信号绕组的正弦分布,并可得到高精度的转子角位置。

Abstract: Regarding the problem of insufficient angular position accuracy. This article studies position calculation,winding distribution and turn number of high-precision wound rotor resolver. The finite element analysis was conducted onwound rotor resolver with rotor-16 slots stator-12 slots and rotor-16 slots stator-24 slots separately. The air gap magnetic flux density and total harmonic distortion rate were also compared. The electromotive force of signal winding and position angle were obtained according to finite element. The position accuracy of two wound rotor resolvers was studied from three standards: peak to peak position error, maximum position error and average position error. Two wound rotor resolvers had higher accuracy in calculating rotor angle positions. wound rotor resolver with rotor - 16 slots stator - 12 slots had higher accuracy to obtain angle positions than wound rotor resolver with rotor - 16 slots stator - 24 slots. The technology of highprecision wound rotor resolver studied in this article can achieve sine distribution of excitation winding and signal winding. High-precision angle positions can be obtained.
