摘要: 对旋转变压器常用的壳体材料的优缺点进行分析,对不同壳体材料在加工过程中由于温度不同产生的形变进行仿真分析和测试。针对高温引起壳体变形导致旋转变压器性能降低的问题,提出优化方案,并通过实验验证方案的有效性。

Abstract: The advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used shell materials for resolvers housing were analyzed, and the deformations of different shell materials caused by different temperatures during the processing were simulated analyzed and tested. Aiming at the problem of reduced. To address the issue of performance of the resolvers caused by shell deformation due to high temperature an optimization scheme was proposed, and the effectiveness of the scheme was verified through experiments.
