磁阻转子定子电励磁无刷同步电机电磁特性分析

Electromagnetic Characteristics Analysis of Stator Electrically Excited Brushless Synchronous Motor with Reluctance Rotor

摘要: 针对特殊应用领域或极端条件下因励磁不可调或容易失磁而不适宜采用永磁电机的情况,提出了一种适用于上述环境的磁阻转子定子电励磁无刷同步电机。分别阐述了转子结构、运行系统以及磁场调制机理,建立了磁阻转子定子电励磁无刷同步电机的数学模型,采用有限元方法分别对其空载和负载运行时的电磁特性进行了仿真分析,结果表明磁阻转子定子电励磁无刷同步电机电磁设计合理,为后续样机的研制和实验研究提供了参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the situation that permanent magnet motor is not suitable for special application field or extreme conditions because of unadjustable excitation or easy to loss magnetic field, a stator electrically excited brushless synchronous motor with reluctance rotor suitable for the special environment mentioned above was proposed. The rotor structure, operation system and magnetic field modulation mechanism were expounded respectively. The mathematical model of stator electrically excited brushless synchronous motor with reluctance rotor was established. The electromagnetic characteristics under no-load and load were simulated by finite element method. The results show that the electromagnetic design of stator electrically excited brushless synchronous motor with reluctance rotor is reasonable. It provides reference for the subsequent prototype development and experimental research.
