摘要: 提出了一种基于Halbach结构的永磁电机优化设计方法,电机性能更优、质量更轻,电机空载反电动势畸变率降低了24%,输出转矩提高了1.5%,转矩波动降低了23.8%,转子质量减少了34.3%,通过样机验证了该设计方法的正确性。

Abstract: An optimal design method of permanent magnet motor based on Halbach structure was proposed,which made the motor have better performance and lighter weight, the no-load back EMF distortion rate of the motor was reduced by 24%, the output torque was increased by 1.5%, the torque fluctuation was reduced by 23.8%, and the rotor weight was reduced by 34.3%. The correctness of the design method was verified by a prototype.
