电动飞机非晶合金电机的轻量化设计

Lightweight Design of Amorphous Alloy Motor for Electric Aircraft

摘要: 针对电动飞机主驱动电机部件重量大影响推重比的问题,从材料和结构两个方面提出电动飞机主驱动电机轻量化设计方法。根据轻质材料非晶合金高频低损的特点,利用磁路法建立非晶合金电机电磁计算数学模型,编写非晶合金电机电磁设计程序,利用已有样机试验数据验证该程序的可用性。结合转子结构拓扑优化方法,设计一台60 kW电动飞机非晶合金电机,对比相同结构参数的非晶合金电机和硅钢片电机的性能。非晶合金电机整体减重7.95%,并且铁心损耗显著降低。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the weight of main drive motor of electric aircraft affects thrust-weight ratio, a lightweight design method of main drive motor of electric aircraft was proposed from two aspects of material and structure. According to the characteristics of high frequency and low loss of lightweight amorphous alloy, the electromagnetic calculation mathematical model of amorphous alloy motor was established by using magnetic circuit method, and the electromagnetic design program of amorphous alloy motor was written, the availability of the program was verified by using the test data of the prototype. Combined with the topological optimization method of rotor structure, a 60kW electric aircraft amorphous alloy motor was designed, and the performance of amorphous alloy motor and silicon steel motor with the same structural parameters was compared.The overall weight of the amorphous alloy motor was reduced by 7.95%, and the core loss is significantly reduced.
