摘要: 利用AVL高速电机测试台架,集成并搭建了新能源汽车用驱动电机测试平台,利用PUMA OPEN系统,研究新能源汽车用驱动电机的性能特点。结果表明,被测参数基本接近电机系统的技术指标,被测驱动电机的效率高、稳定性好、动态响应速度快,可应用于新能源汽车用驱动电机。该测试提供了针对新能源汽车用驱动电机快速而准确的测试方法,缩短了电机产品认证周期,提高了测试精度。

Abstract: The drive motor test platform for new energy vehicles was designed and built based on the AVL motor test bed. With the help of the PUMA OPEN system, the performance characteristics of drive motor for new energy vehicles was realized.It was showed that the test results were consistent with the technical parameters of the motor system, and the measured motor had high efficiency, stable power output, fast dynamic response, which met the performance requirements of the drive motor for new energy vehicles.The design not only provides a fast and accurate test method of the drive motor for new energy vehicles, but also shortens the test and product certification period and improves the test accuracy.
