有限转角力矩电机输出力矩不对称分析

Analysis of Output Torque Asymmetry of Finite Angle Torque Motor

摘要: 针对某型旋转伺服阀用有限转角力矩电机在不同旋转方向下输出力矩不对称进行分析,并提出一种解决方案。原样机采用6极6槽电磁结构,该电磁结构存在齿槽转矩,蜗卷弹簧为维持转子零位位置时需要克服齿槽转矩而产生反向力矩。定位力矩方向与转向相反,而蜗卷弹簧力矩不受转向影响,蜗卷弹簧力矩导致了电机在不同旋转方向下输出力矩不对称。经过故障定位及仿真分析,提出了一种6极9槽的改进方案,新样机的电磁方案齿槽转矩可忽略,蜗卷弹簧产生的力矩与电磁转矩相比可忽略不计。新样机经测试,两个旋转方向输出力矩基本一致,有效解决了有限转角力矩电机输出力矩不对称问题。

Abstract: The output torque of finite angle torque motor for a certain type of rotary servo valve was analyzed under different rotation directions, and a solution was proposed. The original prototype adopted a 6 poles, six-slot electromagnetic structure, which had cogging torque. In order to maintain the zero position of the rotor, the coil spring needed to overcome the cogging torque and generate a reverse torque. The orientation torque was opposite to the steering direction, while the torque of the coiling spring was not affected by the steering. The torque of the coiling spring led to the failure of asymmetric output torque of the motor under different rotaion directions. After fault location and simulation analysis, an improved scheme with 6 poles and 9 slots was proposed. The new electromagnetic scheme had negligible cogging torque, so the coil spring only needed to overcome the effect of slot torque to maintain the rotor zero position, and the torque generated by the coiling spring was negligible compared with the electromagnetic torque. Through the test of the new prototype, the output torque of the two rotating directions was basically the same ,which effectively solved the output torque asymmetry fault of the finite torque motor.
