摘要: 为了优化混合式直线力电机的设计过程并缩短研制周期,开发了基于Python与Ansoft的混合式直线力电机参数化设计系统。该系统实现了相关电机结构参数的界面输入和电机结构快速预览功能,具有自动Ansoft建模、固定样本点个数的采样分析以及结果导出等功能,减少了传统迭代设计的复杂性。算例表明,混合式直线力电机参数化设计系统可以将初始结构电机的驱动力提升45%。

Abstract: To optimize the design process of hybrid linear force motor and shorten the development cycle,the parametric design system of hybrid linear force motor based on Python and Ansoft was developed. The system realized input of related structure parameters of hybrid linear force motor and quick preview of its structure, and had features of automatic Ansoft modeling, sampling analysis of fixed points and results exporting, which reduced the complexity of traditional iterative design. The numerical example shows that parametric design system of hybrid linear force increases the driving force by 45% compared with the original motor.
