Maximum Torque Per Ampere Current Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Least Square

摘要: 针对内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)采用最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制策略,对电机参数较为敏感的问题,在线利用基于最小二乘法的电感辨识方法得到d,q轴电感,并拟合得到电感与d,q轴电流的三维曲面,以实现电机不同转速、不同负载多种工况下的变参数MTPA控制。控制过程中根据测量电流拟合出该时刻对应的电感值,将该电感值代入MTPA算法中迭代出电流的给定值,控制电机工作在实际MTPA曲线上。仿真和实验结果对比,该参数辨识方法提高了MTPA运行点计算精度。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) is sensitive to motor parameters when maximum torque per Ampere (MTPA) current control strategy is adopted. The inductance identification method based on least square method was used to obtain the inductance of d,q axis online, and the three-dimensional surface of inductance and d,q axis current was fitted to realize the variable parameter MTPA control under different speeds and loads of the motor. In the control process, the corresponding inductance value was fitted according to the measured current, and the inductance value was put into the MTPA algorithm to iterate the given value of the current, so as to control the motor working on the actual MTPA curve. The comparison between simulation and experimental results showed that the proposed parameter identification method improved the calculation accuracy of MTPA points.
