摘要: 永磁直线同步电动机控制系统无法零误差地跟踪多周期输入信号;当输入信号为单周期情况下又无法抑制周期性扰动。特别是当系统存在任意周期输入信号或者任意周期扰动时,系统跟踪精度明显降低,严重时系统可能无法稳定。设计了一种新型重复控制器,该控制器结构框架由两个改进原型重复控制器不完全的并联形式组成,通过设置控制器内部的零相位低通滤波器来改变整个系统的极点分布,在零误差跟踪/抑制多周期信号的同时,提高系统的响应速度。理论推导与仿真结果表明该方案的有效性。

Abstract: The general permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) control system can not track the multi period input signal with zero error. When the input signal is single period, the periodic disturbance can not be suppressed. Especially when there is any periodic input signal or any periodic disturbance in the system, the tracking accuracy of the servo system is obviously reduced. To solve above problems, a new multi period discrete repetitive controller was designed. The controller used the incomplete parallel form of two improved prototype repetitive controllers. By setting the zero phase low-pass filter in the controller to change the pole distribution of the whole system, the multi period signal with zero errorcould be tracked and suppressed and the response speed of the system was improved. Theoretical derivation and simulation results showed the effectiveness of the scheme.
