摘要: 加碱注射泵用电动机振动较大,会导致电动机本身的性能不稳定,进而可能造成发电机的停机维修。内置永磁同步电动机拥有高能量密度、高效率且低成本的优势,对其振动及噪声进行研究,提出树脂灌封定子绕组的方法,有效降低了电机的振动和噪声。

Abstract: The vibration with large amplitude of the motor of alkali injection pump is easily caused, which will lead to the instability of the performance of the motor itself, even the shutdown of the generator for its repairs.IPMSM(Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) combines the advantages of high energy density, high efficiency and low cost.Research on its vibration and noise was carried out.Resin sealing of stator winding was proposed, which effectively reduced the vibration and noise of motor.
