Analytical Calculation of the Open-Circuit Magnetic Field in Eccentric Consequent-Pole Permanent Magnet Motors

摘要: 针对交替极永磁电机在转子偏心条件下空载磁场难以快速求解的问题,建立了一种二维解析计算模型。 基于子域模型法的理论,将求解区域分成永磁体子域和气隙子域,并且在子域中建立相应的拉普拉斯方程,根据子域模型的边界条件,采用矢量磁位推导同心磁场。 借助保角变换将偏心圆域等效为同心圆域,构造相对磁导函数对同心磁场进行修正,得到偏心下的磁场分布。 将解析计算结果与有限元仿真结果进行对照分析,解析分析结果的精确度证明了本方法的合理性。

Abstract: To realize a fast prediction of the open-circuit magnetic field of a consequent-pole permanent magnet motor under rotor eccentricity, a two-dimensional analytical model is established in this paper. Based on the theory of the subdomain method,the solution region is divided into a permanent magnet subdomain and an air-gap subdomain, and the corresponding Laplace equations are established in each subdomain. According to the boundary conditions of the subdomain model,the concentric magnetic field is derived by using the magnetic vector potential. The conformal mapping is introduced to transform the eccentric circular domain into an equivalent concentric one,and a relative permeance function is constructed to correct the concentric solution,so that the magnetic field under eccentricity can be determined. The analytical results are compared with the finite element simulation results,and the accuracy of the analytical analysis verifies the reasonableness of the proposed method.
