Optimization of Two-Time Frequency Radial Electromagnetic Force in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors Based on Stator Auxiliary Slots

摘要: 针对空调压缩机用永磁电机的二倍频径向电磁力导致的振动噪声问题,本文提出基于定子齿顶开辅助槽和槽型参数优化相结合的方法,实现了二倍频径向电磁力有效抑制。 对比了三种不同槽型结构和尺寸参数对关键阶次谐波磁密幅值的影响;采用二次谐波抑制效率系数选择最佳开槽形状;采用多目标优化的方法获取电机的最佳开槽参数,有效降低目标径向电磁力。

Abstract: To mitigate the vibration and noise issues caused by the double-frequency radial electromagnetic force in permanent magnet motors for air conditioner compressors, this paper proposes a method combining the introduction of auxiliary slots at the stator tooth tips with slot parameter optimization. This approach effectively suppresses the targeted double-frequency radial electromagnetic force. The effects of three distinct slot structures and dimensional parameters on the amplitudes of key flux density harmonics are compared. A second-harmonic suppression efficiency coefficient is employed to select the optimal slot shape. A multi-objective optimization method is applied to obtain the optimal slot parameters,
achieving a significant reduction in the targeted radial electromagnetic force.
