摘要: 双励磁永磁游标电机( dual-excitation permanent magnet vernier motor,DPMVM) 采用定子、转子双永磁体励磁,其转矩密度潜力高于传统永磁电机,但是其结构复杂、磁场耦合的特性,使其转矩优化难度较大。 本文针对DPMVM 电磁与转矩特性展开研究,基于磁场调制原理推导气隙磁动势、磁通密度空载反电动势及输出转矩数学模型,得出定子、转子永磁体谐波作用规律与最大稳定转矩实现条件;以平均转矩最大、转矩脉动最小为目标,选取定子、转子永磁体与定子齿关键参数,通过拉丁超立方抽样、灵敏度分析、响应面建模及多目标粒子群优化的分层策略,确定参数最优区间。 有限元仿真结果表明该优化方法可有效提升电机综合性能,验证了理论推导与优化策略的可行性。

Abstract: Dual-excitation permanent magnet vernier motor ( DPMVM) adopts dual permanent magnet excitation on both stator and rotor, with higher torque density potential than traditional permanent magnet motor. However, its complex structure and magnetic field coupling bring challenges to torque optimization. This paper studies the electromagnetic and torque characteristics of DPMVM. Based on the magnetic field modulation principle, mathematical models of air-gap magnetomotive force,flux density,no-load back electromotive force and output torque are derived,and the harmonic action laws of stator and rotor permanent magnets and the realization conditions of maximum stable torque are obtained. Aiming at maximizing average torque and minimizing torque ripple,key parameters of stator and rotor permanent magnets and statorteeth are selected, and their optimal intervals are determined through a hierarchical strategy combining Latin hypercube sampling,sensitivity analysis,response surface methodology,and multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finite element analysis results demonstrate that the presented optimization scheme can significantly enhance the motor’s overall performance,which validates the rationality of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
