Trust Mechanism for Collaborative Operation of Motor Clusters Based on Blockchain

摘要: 为解决传统电机集群协同中单点故障、信任缺失与数据篡改风险的问题,提出一种基于区块链的电机集群协同运行信任机制,构建去中心化、可追溯、防篡改的协同运行框架。 通过设计轻量级共识算法、智能合约驱动的协同策略以及动态信任评估模型,在保证实时性的同时实现集群内电机节点的可信协同与安全交互。 实验结果表明,所提机制在典型电机集群协同控制场景下,协同决策延迟低于 100 ms,数据可信度达 98. 5%,抵御恶意节点攻击的成功率超过 95%,为电机集群的高效、安全协同提供了可靠的技术路径。

Abstract: To address the challenges of single-point failures,trust deficits,and data tampering risks in traditional motor cluster coordination,this paper proposes a blockchain-based trust mechanism for motor cluster collaborative operation. It establishes a decentralized, traceable, and tamper-proof collaborative framework. By designing a lightweight consensus algorithm,smart contract-driven coordination strategies,and a dynamic trust evaluation model,the mechanism ensures realtime performance while enabling trustworthy collaboration and secure interactions among motor nodes within the cluster.Experimental results demonstrate that under typical motor cluster cooperative control scenarios, the proposed mechanism achieves cooperative decision-making delays below 100 milliseconds,data reliability exceeding 98. 5%,and a success rate exceeding 95% in resisting malicious node attacks. The mechanism provides a reliable technical pathway for efficient and
secure cooperation within motor clusters.
