摘要: 本文阐述了空调压缩机用永磁同步电机永磁体退磁机理。 以一台 9 槽 6 极空调压缩机用永磁同步电机为研究对象,分析了定子绕组大电流、高温及最恶劣退磁角度下磁场分布特性及永磁体退磁情况,根据其退磁磁场分布特性,提出了永磁体内移、磁极大极弧角及泄磁桥等改进结构,并仿真验证其对退磁的改善效果。 仿真结果表明,通过优化转子结构可以有效解决永磁体高温不可逆退磁问题。 针对抗退磁优化导致的转矩脉动增大的问题,提出了一种转子隔磁孔结构以抑制转矩脉动,通过样机试制与实验测试,验证了理论设计与优化方案的有效性。

Abstract: This study investigates the demagnetization mechanisms of permanent magnets in permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) utilized for air conditioner compressors. Focusing on a 9 - slot / 6 - pole PMSM, we analyze the magnetic field distribution and demagnetization conditions under high stator currents,elevated temperatures,and worst-case demagnetization angles. Based on these demagnetizing field characteristics, structural improvements-including inwardly shifted magnets, optimized pole arc angles, and flux shunting bridges-are proposed. Their effectiveness in enhancing resistance to demagnetization is validated via simulation. The simulation results show that optimizing the rotor structure can effectively solve the problem of irreversible demagnetization of permanent magnets at high temperatures. Furthermore, to address the excessive torque ripple induced by these modifications, a rotor with magnetic isolation holes is introduced to suppress torque fluctuations. The validity of the proposed design and optimization strategy is confirmed through prototyping and experimental validation.
