摘要: 为应对低风速区域风能开发需求,本文研究了一种基于 Halbach 阵列的垂直轴风力发电用直驱永磁同步发电机。 通过优化磁路设计,重点分析了不同磁体占比的 Halbach 阵列对提升发电机电磁性能的作用。 有限元分析结果表明,与传统径向充磁方案相比,采用 1 / 2 Halbach 阵列能有效增强气隙磁密并改善其分布,使磁密幅值提升10. 5%,同时显著提高了磁场正弦性,抑制了高次谐波,有助于降低电机转矩脉动。 本文通过温度场仿真对发电机额定工况下的热性能进行了评估,结果显示电机各部件温升均处于绝缘等级允许的安全范围内,验证了设计的热稳定性和运行可靠性。 该研究证实了 Halbach 阵列在提升低风速风力发电机综合性能方面的有效性,为相关装备的高效化设计提供了有益参考。

Abstract: To address the need for harnessing wind energy in low-speed wind regions,this paper investigates a directdrive permanent magnet synchronous generator utilizing a Halbach array for verticalaxis wind turbines. By optimizing the magnetic circuit design,this study focuses on analyzing the influence of Halbach arrays with different magnet proportions on improving the electromagnetic performance of the generator. Finite element analysis results indicate that, compared to the conventional radial magnetization scheme,the 1 / 2 Halbach array effectively enhances the air-gap magnetic flux density and optimizes its distribution, leading to a 10. 5% increase in amplitude. Furthermore, it significantly improves the sinusoidal
characteristics of the magnetic field,suppresses higher-order harmonics,and helps reduce the torque ripple of the motor. The thermal performance of the generator under rated operating conditions was evaluated through temperature field simulation. The results indicate that the temperature rise of all components remains within the safe limits allowed by the insulation class,verifying the thermal stability and operational reliability of the design. This research confirms the effectiveness of the Halbach array in improving the overall performance of generators for low-wind-speed applications, providing a valuable reference for the efficient design of related equipment.
