Research on Electromagnetic Vibration Suppression in Permanent Magnet Motors Based on Anti-Cosine Cutting

摘要: 为削弱永磁电机的振动噪声,提出了一种基于转子反余弦削极的电磁振动优化方案。 以一台 12 槽 8 极内置式 V 形永磁同步电机为对象,基于 Maxwell 应力方程推导径向电磁力的时空特性;在无旋场下利用标量磁位得出了气隙长度表达式;在此基础上,确定气隙长度表达式中各参数的最优设计解;仿真验证定子模态、转子机械强度与电机振动加速度。 结果表明,优化后的电机可在电磁性能不下降的情况下有效降低径向电磁力和电磁振动。

Abstract: To mitigate vibration noise in permanent magnet motors,an electromagnetic vibration optimization scheme based on rotor inverse cosine de-poling is proposed. Taking a 12-slot,8-pole internal V-type permanent magnet synchronous motor as the subject, the spatiotemporal characteristics of radial electromagnetic forces were derived based on Maxwell ' s stress equations. The expression for air gap magnetic flux density in a non-rotating field was derived,leading to the air gap length expression. Based on this, the optimal design solutions for each parameter in the air gap length expression are determined. The simulations verified the stator mode, rotor mechanical strength and motor vibration acceleration. Results
demonstrate that the optimized motor effectively reduces radial electromagnetic force and electromagnetic vibration without compromising electromagnetic performance.
