基于磁导相位调控的永磁电机径向电磁力定向抑制研究

Research on Targeted Suppression of Radial Electromagnetic Force in Permanent Magnet Motors Based on Permeance Phase Regulation

摘要: 针对空调压缩机用永磁电机的二倍频径向电磁力导致的振动噪声问题,传统结构设计中忽略磁密相位调控、单一结构抑制效果有限的不足,本文提出一种基于不对称辅助槽结构的磁导相位调控技术,实现对低阶径向电磁力谐波的抑制。 建立磁导相位调控模型,解析推导不对称辅助槽参数与谐波磁导相位调控的原理,进一步阐明辅助槽位置偏移对目标磁密矢量合成的影响;通过参数灵敏度分析,明确槽偏移角、槽宽与槽高的调控优先级,并采用多目标优化算法确定最优槽结构参数,在约束平均转矩下降幅度的前提下最大化削弱径向电磁力。 仿真结果表明,优化后电机径向电磁力幅值下降 45. 9%,转矩脉动减小 2. 1%,平均转矩仅降低 3%。

Abstract: Aiming at the vibration and noise problem caused by the 2nd-order radial electromagnetic force in permanent magnet motors for air-conditioning compressors, traditional structural designs have the drawbacks of neglecting magnetic flux density phase regulation and limited suppression effect with a single structure. To address these issues, this paper proposes a permeance phase regulation technology based on an asymmetric auxiliary slot structure to suppress the loworder harmonics of radial electromagnetic force. A permeance phase regulation model is established,and the principle of the regulation of harmonic permeance phase by asymmetric auxiliary slot parameters is analytically derived. Furthermore, the
influence of auxiliary slot position offset on the synthesis of target magnetic flux density vectors is clarified. The Through parameter sensitivity analysis,the regulation priorities of slot offset angle,slot width and slot height are determined. A multiobjective optimization algorithm is adopted to obtain the optimal slot structural parameters,so as to maximize the attenuation of radial electromagnetic force under the constraint of limiting the reduction amplitude of average torque. Simulation results show that after optimization, the amplitude of the motor ’ s radial electromagnetic force is reduced by 45. 9%, the torque ripple is decreased by 2. 1%,while the average torque is only reduced by 3%.
