基于绕组星 -角形接法切换策略的永磁同步电机综合效率提升研究

Investigation on the Overall Efficiency Improvment of PMSM Utilizing Winding Star-Delta Switching Strategy

摘要: 永磁同步电机( permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM) 凭借其高转矩密度、高效率的优势,已成为新能源汽车驱动系统的主流电机。 由于 PMSM 在中高速区运行时一般需要进入弱磁控制,牺牲高速区效率与功率因数。 本文采用一种绕组星-角形接法动态切换策略,使 PMSM 兼顾高起动转矩、宽调速范围与全工况高效率运行。利用有限元分析完成 PMSM 电磁性能仿真与损耗计算,结合能量法在全球统一车辆测试规程工况下量化评估绕组星-角形接法动态切换策略的 PMSM 综合效率。 研究结果表明,绕组星- 角形接法切换策略能够融合绕组星形接法大转矩优势与绕组角形接法高效率特性,其综合效率较绕组星形接法提升约 0. 53%。 本文量化评估不同切换转速阈值对综合效率的影响,研究发现切换转速阈值设 5 100 r / min 时,电机可同时实现转矩平稳过渡与高效率运行,有效拓宽 PMSM 高效率工况范围。

Abstract: The permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) ,renowned for its high torque density and superior energy efficiency,has emerged as the main motor in electric vehicle propulsion systems. However, PMSM generally requires flux weakening control during operation in the medium and high speed range,sacrificing efficiency and power factor in the high speed range. A dynamic winding star-delta switching strategy is adopted in this paper,to enable PMSM to achieve high starting torque,wide speed range,and efficient operation under all operating conditions. The electromagnetic performance simulation and loss calculation of PMSM are completed using finite element analysis,and the comprehensive efficiency of PMSM with the star-delta dynamic switching strategy is quantitatively evaluated under the worldwide light vehicle test cycle conditions using
the energy method. The research results show that the star-delta switching strategy can integrate the advantages of high torque in star connection and high efficiency in delta connection, and its comprehensive efficiency is improved by about 0. 53% compared to star connection. This paper quantitatively evaluates the impact of different switching speed thresholds on comprehensive efficiency and finds that when the switching speed threshold is set at 5 100 r / min,the motor can achieve both smooth torque transition and efficient operation,effectively expanding the efficient operating range of PMSM.
