永磁直线电机定位力抑制技术综述

Review of Detent Force Suppression Techniques in Permanent Magnet Linear Motors

摘要: 定位力会引发永磁直线电机的推力波动,从而影响电机运行性能,因此对定位力抑制技术的研究至关重要。 分析了永磁直线电机定位力抑制机理,并据此提出了解耦抑制和耦合抑制的分类方法。 对属于解耦抑制的定位力抑制技术进行了综述,分别梳理了抑制齿槽力与抑制端部力的技术。 对属于耦合抑制的定位力抑制技术进行归纳,阐述了齿槽调制优化、双边错齿以及多目标优化技术。 通过各类定位力抑制技术进行梳理,发现现有定位力抑制技术在抑制机理层面上符合所提出的定位力抑制机理。 通过提出定位力抑制机理,从解耦抑制和耦合抑制两种新型分类视角出发,揭示了众多抑制技术之间的内在联系与区别,有利于深入理解定位力抑制技术发展现状和趋势。

Abstract: The detent force will cause the thrust fluctuation of permanent magnet linear motors ( PMLMs ) , thus affecting the motor performance,so it is very important to study the detent force suppression technology. The mechanism of suppressing the detent force of PMLMs was analyzed,and based on this,the classification methods of decoupling suppression and coupling suppression were proposed. The detent force suppression techniques belonging to decoupling suppression were reviewed,and the techniques for suppressing cogging force and suppressing end force were sorted out respectively. The detent force suppression techniques belonging to coupled suppression are summarized, and the cogging modulation optimization, double-sided tooth dislocation and multi-objective optimization techniques are expounded. By sorting out various detent force suppression techniques,it is found that the existing detent force suppression techniques are in line with the proposed detent force suppression mechanism at the suppression mechanism level. By proposing the mechanism of detent force suppression and starting from two new classification perspectives of decoupling suppression and coupling suppression, the intrinsic connections and differences among numerous suppression techniques have been revealed,which is conducive to an in-depth understanding of the current development status and prospects of detent force suppression technology.
