轴承电腐蚀原理分析及其抑制技术研究

摘要: 轴承电腐蚀是指由于电流通过轴承时产生的化学或电化学反应导致的材料损伤, 这种现象通常发生在电气设备中,如电动机、发电机等,当有电流通过轴承时,可能会在轴承内部产生微小的电弧放电, 从而引起局部过热和材料的氧化。 根据国家能源局风电设备故障分析报告及设备管理平台数据, 风力发电机组及工业电机轴承电腐蚀故障发生率高达 36. 8 % ,主要表现为滚道点蚀、轴电流烧蚀等故障现象, 严重影响轴承的使用寿命和性能。 本文针对电机轴承电腐蚀问题,根据故障机理,以理论和试验数据为基础, 对轴承电压的形成及其影响因素进行了分析,并通过调整内部寄生电容、 等效电路、 更换轴承油脂及其控制方案等多个方面, 对轴电压的影响进行验证,实验结果表明,本研究可为轴承电腐蚀抑制技术研究奠定一定的基础。

Abstract: Bearing electrical corrosion refers to material damage caused by chemical or electrochemical reactions when current passes through the bearing. This phenomenon typically occurs in electrical equipment such as electric motors and generators. When current flows through the bearing, micro-arc discharges may occur inside the bearing, leading to localized overheating and material oxidation. According to the National Energy Administration’ s wind power equipment failure analysis report and data from the equipment management platform, the failure rate of bearing
electrical corrosion in wind power generation units and industrial motors reaches as high as 36. 8 % . The main manifestations include raceway pitting and shaft current erosion,which significantly affect the bearing’ s service life and performance. The paper focuses on the issue of motor bearing electrical corrosion. According to the failure mechanism, based on theoretical and experimental data,the formation of bearing voltage and its influencing factors are studied. The impact of shaft voltage is verified by adjusting internal parasitic capacitance,modifying the equivalent circuit,changing bearing grease,and control strategies. Finally,the experimental analysis results indicate that this study can lay a certain foundation for research on bearing electrical corrosion suppression technology.
