摘要: 针对超精密金属切削加工开发了一款基于音圈电机驱动的纳米级空气静压工作台,阐述了它的工作原理、结构配置以及驱动与控制系统设计方法,并对它在空载条件下的定位性能和实际金属切削性能进行了测试与评价。实验结果表明,该工作台可实现1 nm级的定位精度,并可用于纳米级精度的金属切削加工。

Abstract: A nano-scale aerostatic platform driven by the voice coil motor was developed for ultra-precision metal cutting, and its working principle, structural configuration, drive and control system design principle were elaborated. The positioning performance under free-load conditions and actual metal cutting performance were tested and evaluated. Experimental results showed that, the designed worktable can achieve positioning accuracy of 1 nm and can be used for metal cutting processing with nano-precision.
