吸盘式电磁铁残余吸力研究

摘要: 软磁材料本身存在剩磁,导致吸盘式电磁铁存在断电残余吸力,对航天机构电磁对接有一定的影响。根据电磁铁残余吸力的机理,给出了通电和断电状态下的等效磁路图,分析了影响残余吸力的因素。根据吸盘式电磁铁结构特点,提供了一种通过增加固有气隙来降低残余吸力的方法,并进行了有限元仿真计算和样机验证。研究结果表明,采用该方法设计的吸盘式电磁铁通电吸合力大、断电残余吸力小,满足工程应用要求。

Abstract: Because of the remanence of soft magnetic materials, the electromagnet disk had residual magnetic attraction after the power off and it affected the normal function of the docking system of spacecraft. The principle of the residual magnetic attraction of the electromagnet disk was studied. And the equivalent magnetic circuits of the electromagnet disk were given when it was electrified and when power off. According to the equivalent magnetic circuits, the factors influencing the residual magnetic attraction were analyzed. A method to reduce the residual magnetic attraction by increasing the indigenous air of the electromagnet disk was provided. This method was validated through finite element method account and prototype machine. The research showed that the designed electromagnet disk based on this method had big magnetic attraction when it was electrified and had small residual magnetic attraction when power off, which satisfied the needing of engineering.
