摘要: 电机绕组的匝间短路故障未能及时发现将对电机的运行造成极大影响。 目前已有的相关匝间绝缘检测技术具有控制环节多、体积质量大、成本高、检测精度低等缺点,基于直接浪涌冲击法的匝间绝缘检测方法,提出了一种基于反激变换电路的绕组匝间绝缘检测方法,给出了具体实现方案并进行了方案验证。 该方法解决了现有匝间绝缘检测技术的部分问题,具有结构简单、控制环节少、检测精度高、安全性高以及成本低等优点。

Abstract: The failure to detect the inter-turn short circuit fault of the motor winding in time will has a great impact on the operation of the motor. The existing inter-turn insulation detection technologies have some disadvantages, such as multiple control links, large volume and quality, high cost, and low detection accuracy. Based on the direct surge impact method for inter-turn insulation detection, this paper proposes a winding inter-turn insulation detection method based on flyback converter,provides a specific implementation scheme,and verifies the scheme. This method solves some problems of existing inter-turn insulation detection technologies,and has advantages of simple structure,few control links,high detection
accuracy,high safety,and low cost.
