摘要: 近年来,永磁同步电机因功率密度高和效率高等优势在轨道交通领域得到了广泛的应用,定子绕组匝间短路作为其常见故障,对电机正常运行造成了严重的影响,因此对永磁同步电机匝间短路故障进行诊断具有重要意义。 本文通过建立定子匝间短路故障的电机模型,提取了匝间短路故障特征量,采用线性扩张状态观测器对故障电压扰动量进行观测并对其特征量进行选取和观测,通过正负序 Park 变换提取故障特征指标,从而实现了定子匝间短路的故障诊断。 该方法适应性强且可扩展性好,可对故障进行准确诊断,有效提升了电机运行的稳定性,具有较好的应用前景和实用价值。

Abstract: In recent years,permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) has been widely used in rail transit because of its high power density and high efficiency,as a common fault,stator winding turn-to-turn short circuit has a serious impact on the normal operation of the motor. Therefore,it is a great significance to diagnose the turn-to-turn short circuit fault of PMSM. In this paper, the characteristic parameters of stator turn-to-turn short circuit fault are extracted by modeling the stator turn-to-turn short circuit fault, and the fault voltage disturbances are observed by using the linear extended state observer ( LESO) ,and its characteristic quantities are selected and observed. The fault feature index is extracted by positive
and negative sequence Park transformation,so as to realize the fault diagnosis of stator turn-to-turn short circuit. The method has good adaptability and expansibility, it can diagnose faults accurately, and improves the stability of motor operation effectively. It has good application prospect and practical value.
