低环流 Y -Δ 整距绕组轴向磁通永磁电机性能分析

摘要: 为了提高轴向磁通永磁电机运行性能,降低电机气隙磁场谐波,提出一种低环流 Y-Δ 整距绕组双定子轴向磁通永磁电机,以消除 5、7 次电枢磁动势谐波和降低 Δ 绕组中的环流。 研究低环流 Y-Δ 绕组轴向磁通永磁电机的结构特征;研究定子移 30° 的 Y-Δ 混合绕组电机的电枢磁动势;研究低 3 次谐波转子磁极以抑制 Δ 接绕组中的环流;以一台 24 槽 8 极的双定子轴向磁通永磁电机为例,仿真分析电机的空载和负载性能,从电磁转矩、环流和涡流损耗角度验证了所提出的轴向磁通永磁电机的有效性。

Abstract: To improve the operating performance of axial flux permanent magnet ( AFPM ) machines and reduce unwanted harmonic components in the air-gap magnetic field, a low circulating current star-delta full-pitch winding AFPM machine was proposed,which can eliminate the 5th and 7th-order stator magneto motive force ( MMF) harmonics and reduce circulating current in the delta-winding. The structural characteristics of the proposed machine were studied. The MMF of the star-delta hybrid winding with a 30° stator shifted was analyzed. The low third-order harmonic permanent magnet machine was designed to reduce circulating current in the delta-winding. Taking a 24 - slot 8 - pole double-stator AFPM machine as an
example,the no-load and load performance of the machine were analyzed,and the effectiveness of the proposed machine was verified from the perspectives of electromagnetic torque,circulating current and permanent magnet machine eddy current loss.
