摘要: 在海上风电机组向大型化发展的背景下,为降低运维难度、提高维护的可达性,有必要对中速永磁发电机进行冗余设计。 介绍了一款基于冗余可靠性设计的中速永磁发电机,并对其电磁特性和冷却性能进行了仿真分析。 将设计值与型式试验值进行对比,结果表明,该发电机在电磁和机械特性方面表现良好,能够满足冗余运行的要求。 样机的成功开发为后续高可靠性中速永磁发电机的持续研发提供了重要的参考依据。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the large-scale development of offshore wind turbines both domestically and internationally, to reduce operation and maintenance difficulties and enhance the accessibility of maintenance, it is necessary to implement redundant design for medium speed permanent magnet generators. A medium speed permanent magnet generator based on redundant reliability design was introduced, and conducts simulation analysis of its electromagnetic characteristics and cooling performance was conducted. Comparing the design values with the type test values, the results indicate that the generator performs well in electromagnetic and mechanical characteristics, meeting the requirements for redundant operation. The successful development of the prototype provides an important reference for the ongoing development of high-reliability medium speed permanent magnet generators.
