行星滚柱丝杠副滚柱端齿轮内啮合静态接触应力分析

摘要: 行星滚柱丝杠副滚柱端齿轮为带有螺纹槽的渐开线直齿轮,与螺母固联的内齿轮相啮合。 受螺纹槽的影响,齿面啮合接触应力与完整的直齿轮啮合接触应力不同。 以行星滚柱端齿轮为研究对象,通过齿轮设计专业软件 KissSoft 和三维软件进行建模,利用有限元仿真软件分析带有螺纹槽的齿轮齿面接触应力分布和变化规律。 研究表明,螺纹槽的存在增大了齿轮啮合的齿面接触应力,随着螺纹槽螺距的减小,齿面接触应力呈上升趋势,过大的螺距将减弱齿轮的抗弯强度。

Abstract: Planetary roller screw pair has an involute spur gear with threaded grooves, which meshes with the internal gear fixed to the nut. Due to the influence of thread grooves, the meshing contact stress on the tooth surface was different from that of a complete spur gear. Taking the spur gear as the research object, modeling was conducted using professional gear design software KissSoft and 3D software. The distribution and variation of contact stress on the tooth surface of gears with threaded grooves were analyzed using finite element simulation software. The research shows that the existence of the thread groove increases the contact stress on the tooth surface of the gear mesh. With the reduction of the thread pitch of the thread groove, the contact stress on the tooth surface shows an upward trend, and the excessive thread pitch will weaken the flexural strength of the gear.
