高频轴向磁通永磁电机交流铜耗解析计算

Analytical Calculation of AC Copper Loss for High Frequency Axial Flux Permanent Magnet Machine

摘要: 高频轴向磁通永磁电机在负载运行时电枢绕组内产生较大的交流铜耗,针对交流铜耗的分析计算主要依赖有限元方法,仿真模型占用资源较大、耗时较长。 利用精确子域法,建立了一个考虑各次时间谐波的高频轴向磁通永磁电机的交流铜耗解析模型,缩短了计算时间,建立的计算模型考虑了槽口尺寸和导体尺寸对交流铜耗的影响。 以一台 7 kW 高频轴向磁通永磁电机为例,通过有限元验证解析计算的准确性,并研究了高频轴向磁通永磁电机交流铜耗的影响因素。

Abstract: When the high frequency axial flux permanent magnet motor runs under load, there is a large AC copper loss in the armature winding. Analysis and calculation of AC copper loss mainly rely on finite element method, and the simulation model occupies large resources and takes long time. Using the precise subdomain method, an analytical model for the AC copper loss of a high frequency axial flux permanent magnet motor considering various spatiotemporal harmonics was established. The calculated model took into account the effects of slot size and conductor size on the AC copper loss. A 7 kW high frequency axial flux permanent magnet motor was taken as an example. The accuracy of analytical calculation was verified by finite element method. The influencing factors of AC copper loss were also researched.
