摘要: 油冷电机利用冷却油作为冷却介质,通过喷淋,使油直接与定转子进行热交换,可以取得较好的冷却效果。 介绍一种在越野工况下开发的油冷电机方案,油路设计可以将油更加均匀稳定的喷淋到绕组和定子上,对电机内热源进行充分冷却;即使电机在运行中出现倾角的变化,也不会影响冷却和集油效果,使车辆在不影响性能的情况下可以更好地适应复杂地形。 通过仿真和实验,分析并验证了该方案的喷淋效果和电机温升情况。 相比于水冷电机,冷却效果提升 28%。

Abstract: Oil-cooled motor uses cooling oil as cooling medium, through spraying, so that the oil directly exchanges heat with the stator and rotor, can achieve better cooling effect. An oil-cooled motor scheme developed under off-road conditions was introduced, in which the design of the oil circuit, could spray the oil more evenly and stably to the winding and stator, and fully cool the heat source in the motor. Even if the inclination angle of the motor changed during operation, it couldn’ t affect the cooling and oil collection effect, so that the vehicle could better adapt to complex terrain without affecting performance. Through simulation and experiment, the spray effect and motor temperature rise of the scheme were analyzed and verified. Compared to water-cooled motors, the cooling effect was improved by 28%.
