摘要: RV 减速器是工业机器人核心部件之一,其刚度保持性和耐久寿命直接关系到机器人持续精度和使用寿命。 制约 RV 减速器的寿命非行星轮齿轮副,通过一系列耐久试验发现,行星齿轮副产生的接触疲劳磨损颗粒对曲柄轴接触疲劳及摆线接触副均产生了滚压强化损伤,针对此类问题,为了找出解决方案。 以 RV 减速器行星齿轮副产生接触疲劳损伤原理为背景,分析产生原因,提出齿轮修形改善措施,形成一条从问题到改善的闭环,为后续系列化 RV 减速器行星齿轮副设计,提供参考经验。

Abstract: RV reducer is one of the core components of industrial robots, and its stiffness retention and durability were directly related to the continuous accuracy and service life of robots. It was not the planetary gear pair that restricts the life of the RV reducer, but through a series of durability tests, it was found that the contact fatigue damage particles generated by the planetary gear pair have a rolling strengthening damage on the crank shaft contact fatigue and the cycloidal contact pair, so we had to face such problems and find solutions. This article takes the principle of contact fatigue damage in the planetary gear pair of RV reducer as the background, analyzes the causes, proposes gear modification and improvement measures, and forms a closed loop from problem to improvement, providing reference experience for the design of planetary gear pairs in subsequent series of RV reducers.
