外转子永磁电机损耗计算与温度场分析

摘要: 设计了一款无人机驱动系统用外转子永磁同步电机,将定子齿划分为 8 个区域,考虑谐波磁场产生的定子铁耗,精确计算变频器供电时定子总损耗。 研究永磁体分段对永磁体涡流损耗的影响,确定电机采用的永磁体分段数,通过温度场迭代精确计算绕组铜耗,建立外转子电机流固耦合模型,对电机的温度场进行分析,确定电机方案的可行性。 制造样机,搭建电机实验平台进行外转子电机空载实验和温升实验,将实验结果与仿真结果进行对比,验证了该损耗计算方法的可靠性和温度场计算模型的正确性。

Abstract: Design an external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor used in the unmanned aerial vehicle drive system,the stator teeth were divided into 8 regions. The stator iron loss during frequency converter power supply was accurately calculated by considering the loss caused by harmonic magnetic fields in the stator iron core. The number of permanent magnet segments was determined by investigating the impact of permanent magnet segmentation on eddy current loss. The copper loss of the winding was accurately calculated through temperature field iteration. A fluid-structure coupling model of the motor was established to analyze the temperature field of the motor and verify the feasibility of the motor scheme. A prototype was manufactured,and a motor test platform is built to conduct the no-load test and temperature-rise test on the prototype. By comparing the experimental results with the simulation results,the reliability of the loss calculation and the correctness of the temperature field calculation model in this paper were verified.
