永磁同步电机不同分段斜极方式的电磁噪声抑制研究

Research on Electromagnetic Noise Suppression of Different Rotor Step-Skew Modes of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要: 设计一台乘用车用内置式永磁同步电机,针对线性分段斜极轴向力过大的问题,优化电机转子结构,改变分段转子斜极方向与排列顺序削弱电磁噪声并抵消轴向电磁力。 使用有限元仿真对比 V 形斜极、反对称斜极和线性斜极的电磁噪声与轴向电磁力。 结果表明,V 形斜极、反对称斜极对比线性斜极近场噪声降低 7. 65%、12. 7%,轴向力平均值下降 99. 16%、96. 8%。 V 形斜极轴向力更小,反对称斜极电磁噪声更低。 制作功率为 20 kW 样机进行噪声测试,验证优化前后的降噪效果。

Abstract: This article designed an interior permanent synchronous motor for passenger vehicles. The rotor structure was optimized to solve the problem of excessive axial force of linear step-skewed rotor. The axial electromagnetic force is offset and the electromagnetic noise is weakened by changing the direction and sequence of the rotor skew pole. The finite element method was used to compare electromagnetic noise and axial electromagnetic force of V-shaped step-skew rotor, antisymmetric step-skew rotor and linear step-skew rotor. The results showed that the near field noise of V-shaped step-skew and antisymmetric step-skew was reduced by 7. 65% and 12. 7% compared with that of linear step-skew, and the average axial force was reduced by 99. 16% and 96. 8%. The axial force of V-shaped step-skew rotor was smaller, the electromagnetic noise of anti-symmetric step-skew rotor was lower. A power 20 kW prototype was made for noise testing to verify the noise reduction effect before and after optimization.
