摘要: 高压开关设备控制精度与响应速度直接影响系统的可靠性。 针对开关设备外置伺服电机的效率优化问题,提出了一种基于 ARIMA-SVM( autoregressive integrated moving average-support vector machine) 的混合建模方法。通过提取伺服电机轴承振动信号的时频特征,结合 SVM 算法构建效率优化模型,实现了对电机控制策略的动态调整。 实验结果表明,该方法显著降低了伺服电机的能量损耗与误差积累,在额定负载下效率提升达 7%,输入电流减
少 1. 6 A,同时提高了转矩输出与转速响应。 本研究为电力系统中开关设备的智能控制提供了有效解决方案,具有重要的工程应用价值。

Abstract: High-voltage switchgear control accuracy and response speed is directly affect the reliability of the system. For the efficiency optimization problem of external servo motor of switchgear, a hybrid modeling method based on autoregressive integrated moving average-support vector machine ( ARIMA-SVM ) is proposed. The time-frequency characteristics of servo motor bearing vibration signals are extracted by ARIMA model,and the efficiency optimization model is constructed by combining with SVM algorithm, which realizes the dynamic adjustment of motor control strategy. The experimental results show that the method significantly reduces the energy loss and error accumulation of the servo motor, improves the efficiency by up to 7% at rated load,reduces the input current by 1. 6 A,and improves the torque output and speed response at the same time. This study provides an effective solution for the intelligent control of switchgear in power systems and has important engineering application value.
