一种电容可变式静电电机的新型结构设计

摘要: 静电电机是一种以静电为能源的能量转换装置,具有结构简单、空载转速高的优点,对促进国民经济和军事技术的发展起着重要的作用。 现有静电电机结构复杂,需要位置检测元件来改变电机运行状态。 基于静电电机工作原理,提出一种新型电容式静电电机结构。 换向器电刷结构降低电机设计复杂度并减小电机尺寸,提高电机输出转矩和能量转换效率,利于电机的快速响应和精确控制。 静电电机定子和转子部分都没有永磁体和励磁绕组,解决了永磁体在高速运转时因高温退磁的问题。

Abstract: Electrostatic motor is a kind of energy conversion device using static electricity as energy source,with the advantages of simple structure and high no-load speed, which plays an important role in promoting the development of national economy and military technology. The existing electrostatic motor has a complex structure and needs position detection elements to change the motor operation state. The proposes a new capacitive electrostatic motor structure based on the working principle of electrostatic motor. The commutator brush structure reduces the complexity of the motor design and size,improves the motor output torque and energy conversion efficiency,and facilitates the rapid response and precise control
of the motor. In addition,the stator and rotor parts of the electrostatic motor do not have permanent magnets and excitation windings,which solves the problem of demagnetization of permanent magnets due to high temperature during high-speed operation.
