双槽正弦调制的不均匀分布转子感应电机同步附加转矩分析

Analysis of the Synchronous Parasitic Torque of Unevenly Distributed Rotor Induction Motor with Double-Slot Sinusoidal Modulation

摘要: 为消除感应电机齿谐波磁场产生的同步附加转矩,探究感应电机采用非常规槽配合的可能性,提出一种双槽正弦调制的不均匀分布转子感应电机并研究其设计过程,基于定子、转子等槽配合,计算感应电机一阶齿谐波磁场极数,确定不均匀分布转子空间位置角以及转子槽宽的计算公式;基于二维有限元电磁场仿真对比分析不同转子结构对同步附加转矩的影响。 结果表明,采用双槽正弦调制的不均匀分布转子的感应电机有效消除了同步附加转矩,提升起动转矩且未增加起动电流,解决了等槽配合感应电机起动难题,该研究为通过优化转子结构消除一阶齿谐波磁场及探索非常规槽配合提供重要参考。

Abstract: To eliminate the synchronous additional torque caused by the tooth harmonic magnetic field in induction motors,this study explores the possibility of unconventional slot combinations and proposes unevenly distributed rotor induction motor with double-slot sinusoidal modulation. The design process was investigated,including the calculation of the first-order tooth harmonic magnetic field pole number based on equal stator-rotor slot combinations, as well as the determination of the spatial position angle and slot width formula for the unevenly distributed rotor. Through two-dimensional finite element electromagnetic field simulation,the impact of different rotor structures on the synchronous additional torque
was comparatively analyzed. The results demonstrated that the proposed motor effectively eliminates the synchronous additional torque,enhances the starting torque without increasing the starting current,and resolves the starting difficulties of induction motors with equal slot combinations. This research provided significant references for eliminating the first-order tooth harmonic magnetic field through rotor structure optimization and exploring unconventional slot combinations.
