摘要: 为解决传统外转子永磁电机转矩密度低、 发热量大的问题, 提出了一种采用磁场调制原理的双边Halbach 外转子永磁电机。 介绍了双边 Halbach 外转子电机结构及永磁体分布,分析了电机的运行原理和 Halbach 阵列的增磁原理,根据电机的运行原理与工作磁密谐波得到电机的空载反电动势和电磁转矩表达式;对电机进行有限元仿真分析验证,并对比了单边游标永磁电机、双边永磁电机和双边 Halbach 永磁电机的空载气隙磁密、空载反电动势、d,q 轴电感和电磁转矩。 结果表明,双边 Halbach 电机的转矩密度和电机效率都优于其他两类电机。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low torque density and high calorific value of traditional external rotor permanent magnet motors, a bilateral Halbach external rotor permanent magnet motor using magnetic field modulation principle is proposed. The structure of bilateral Halbach external rotor motor and permanent magnet arrangement were introduced,the operating principle of the motor and the magnetization principle of Halbach array were analyzed, and the expressions of no-load back electromotive force and electromagnetic torque of the motor were obtained according to the operating principle and working magnetic-dense harmonics. The finite element simulation analysis and verification of the motor were carried out, and the no-load air gap magnetic density, no-load back EMF, d, q shaft inductance and electromagnetic torque of unilateral vernier permanent magnet motor,bilateral permanent magnet motor and bilateral Halbach permanent magnet motor were compared. The torque density and motor efficiency of the bilateral Halbach motors are superior than those of the other two types of motors.
