Improved Super-Twisting Sliding Mode Control for PMSM Based on PSO

摘要: 针对伺服系统中永磁同步电动机易受到负载扰动等不确定性影响而导致速度跟踪精度差的问题,设计一种超螺旋滑模控制器( STSMC) 与改进扰动观测器( IDOB) 相结合的控制方案。 设计了 STSMC 和切换控制律消除不连续项,进而削弱系统抖振和提高系统跟踪精度。 为了估计系统中的负载扰动,利用 IDOB 将负载扰动的估计值前馈到速度控制器中进行补偿,抑制控制输入电流的抖振,增强系统的鲁棒性。 引入粒子群算法优化控制器的参数,获得控制器参数的最优解,较好提升了系统的响应速度和鲁棒性能。 实验结果验证了该控制方法具有跟踪精度高、鲁棒性强、响应速度快等优点。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the servo system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is susceptible to uncertainty such as load disturbance,which leads to poor speed tracking accuracy, a control scheme combining supertwisting sliding mode controller (STSMC) and improved disturbance observer  (IDOB) was designed. STSMC and switching control law were designed to eliminate discontinuities, thus reducing system buffeting and improving system tracking accuracy. In order to estimate the load disturbance in the system,IDOB was used to feed the estimated value of the load disturbance forward to the speed controller for compensation, to suppress the buffeting of the control input
current and enhance the robustness of the system. The introduction of particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of the controller,so as to obtain the optimal solution of the controller parameters,which greatly improves the response speed and robustness of the system. The experimental results were illustrated to prove the advantages of high tracking accuracy,strong robustness and fast response speed of the control method.
