摘要: 以 8 极 12 槽永磁同步电机作为研究对象,研究直流分量与不平衡电流两种畸变模式下的转矩波动问题。 理论解析畸变电流对转矩波动阶次的影响规律;数值仿真直流分量与不平衡电流工况下的转矩波形,仿真与理论解析结果趋势一致;转矩试验进一步验证理论剖析及数值仿真结果的准确性,为实际生产中类似工程问题分析提供理论依据。

Abstract: The 8-pole and 12-slot permanent magnet synchronous motor was taken as the research object. The torque ripple under two kinds of abnormal currents,i. e. ,DC component and out-of-balance current, was studied. The influence of abnormal currents on the torque ripple was analyzed theoretically. The torque ripple under DC component and out-of-balance current conditions was simulated numerically,and the simulation results were in agreement with the theoretical results. The torque test further verifies the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,which provides a theoretical basis for solving similar engineering problems in actual production.
