摘要: 分析无刷旋转变压器环变励磁信号线穿过旋变铁心槽时产生旋变误差的原因,提出降低旋变误差的环变励磁信号线放置方法,并进行仿真分析及实验验证,结果表明,该方法有效降低了旋变误差,可为无刷旋转变压器的设计生产提供参考依据。

Abstract: The causes of resolver errors induced by the excitation signal lines on brushless resolver of the ring transformer passing through the resolver’ s iron core slots are analyzed. A method for the excitation signal lines of the ring transformer to reduce resolver errors is proposed. Simulation analysis and experimental validation were conducted, with results showing that this method can effectively minimize resolver errors. The findings provide a valuable reference for the design and production of brushless resolver.
