Design of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on the Constraint of Split Ratio

摘要: 针对安装空间受限、定子外径固定的永磁同步电机,提出一种基于裂比与功率关系、通过气隙磁场设计满足电机高功率需求的设计方法。 分析裂比对功率的影响,在铜耗不变的前提下,推导出功率与裂比的关系,研究不同气隙磁密下功率随裂比的变化规律,并提出了在电机裂比受到约束时的电机设计方法。 以一台 4 极 18 槽永磁同步电机为例,通过设计转子结构调整气隙磁密,获得该裂比约束下的最优设计方案,通过有限元分析验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the permanent magnet synchronous motor with limited installation space and fixed stator outer diameter,the presented a design method based on the relationship between crack ratio and power,which could meet the high power requirements of the motor through the design of air gap magnetic field. The influence of the split ratio on power was analyzed. Under the premise of constant copper loss, the relationship between power and split ratio was derived and the variation law of power with the split ratio under different air-gap flux densities was obtained. A motor design method was proposed when the split ratio of the motor was constrained. Taking a 4-pole 18-slot permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example,the air-gap flux density was adjusted through rotor structure design to obtain the optimal design scheme under the split ratio constraint. The validity of the proposed method was verified through finite element analysis.
