摘要: 为提高海上发电机输出性能,以两自由度电机的旋转电机为研究对象,将永磁体尺寸以及定子铁心尺寸等参数设为优化因子。 针对旋转电机的空载反电势、谐波畸变率和齿槽转矩 3 个优化目标,结合田口法和多属性决策分析,确定出最佳参数组合,利用有限元法对实验结果进行仿真验证。 结果表明,基于田口法和多属性决策对两自由度旋转发电机的优化设计,明显改善电机输出谐波畸变率和齿槽转矩,提高电机的输出性能。

Abstract: In order to improve the output performance of the offshore generator, the rotating motor of the two-degree-offreedom motor was taken as the research object. the parameters of permanent magnet size and stator core size are set as the optimization factors. The optimal parameter combinations are determined for the three optimization objectives of no-load electromotive force, harmonic distortion rate and rack and pinion torque by combining Taguchi's method and multi-attribute decision-making analysis, the experimental results are verified through simulation with the finite-element method. The results show that the optimized design of the two-degree-of-freedom rotary generator based on Taguchi 's method and multiattribute decision-making can significantly improve the output harmonic distortion rate and cogging torque of the motor, and
enhance the output performance of the motor.
