Reduction of Vibration of Axial Flux Permanent Magnet Machine with Pole-Shaped Poles

摘要: 为解决轴向磁通永磁电机的振动问题,提出了一种削极磁极的优化结构,该结构与传统扇形磁极轴向磁通永磁电机相比显著降低了电机振动。 基于麦克斯韦张量法,推导作用于定子齿上的轴向电磁力波解析表达式;基于有限元法,给出削极磁极的数学模型。 以一台 8 极 48 槽双定子、单转子轴向磁通永磁电机为例,建立优化前、优化后电机的三维有限元模型,计算电机的模态振型及频率,对比优化前、优化后电机的电磁性能及振动响应,验证所提结构削弱电机振动的有效性。

Abstract: To address the vibration issue of axial flux permanent magnet machine, an optimized structure with poleclipped magnetic poles was proposed. Compared to traditional sector-shaped axial flux permanent magnet machine, this structure can effectively reduce vibration. Based on the Maxwell equation, the analytical expression of the axial electromagnetic force wave acting on the stator teeth was derived. In addition, based on the finite element method, the mathematical model of the pole-clipped permanent magnet machine was established. Using an 8 - pole 48 - slot dual-stator
single-rotor axial flux permanent magnet machine as an example, the 3D finite element model of the machine structure before and after the optimization was established and the modal shape and frequency of the machine was calculated. By comparing the electromagnetic performance and vibration response of the machine before and after optimization, the effectiveness of the proposed structure in reducing vibration was verified.
